Exotic animals

In some activities in or near the jungle, some of the locals have animals that are somehow unexpected.
After the bamboo rafting, the guide took me to a small house near the river where the locals live and showed me around.
That's when I saw the turtles for the first time, they were so big and had a cute little face, I could pet them but I have to be honest, I did not because I had heard so many stories that water turtles have a bad character, but I was shocked at how wavy they were in reality.
